Pricing Per Party (As of January 1, 2021)
Half Day – $500
Full Day – $1,000

All parties represented by one attorney are considered one party when calculating fees.

Mediation and Arbitration Services

• Served as a State and Federal Court Mediator since 1994
• Master in Chancery to the 150th District Court of Bexar County, Texas in 1994
• Served as Discovery Master and Arbitrator in civil suits through request and agreement of all parties
• Certified by the United States Postal Service to mediate employment issues at postal facilities throughout South Texas in 1998
• Appointed to the Blue Ribbon Panel of Mediators for the Rio Grande District of the US Postal Service in 2000
• Certified Arbitrator in 2007 with Conflict Solutions of Texas, Inc.

Experience

Steve has served as lead counsel in litigation and provided arbitration and mediation services in areas that include constitutional rights, labor and employment, electronic discovery, privacy, media, internet, e-commerce, technology, telecommunication, construction, insurance, cybersecurity, privacy and data protection, data breach consulting, and all aspects of tort, contract and extra-contractual issues.
